Website Ordering Questions

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover in the online store.

Do I have to order online?
No. You can also call us toll free at 1-866-622-5273 to place your order. You can also CLICK HERE for a printable order form that you can print, complete and mail with payment.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to charge sales tax for product orders billed in the state of Arkansas because that is the state in which our business resides. Other states will not be charged sales tax.

May I order bbq sauce and other products as a gift?
Yes, in the online order form you may check the “This is a Gift” box, enter text for a customized gift card, and enter different "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses.

How will my order be shipped?
McClard's orders are shipped via UPS Ground delivery for orders in the continental United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. (Delivery is available to the United States only at this time.)

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow seven to ten business days for delivery.

Can I order McClard's Bar-B-Q Restaurant cooked food and have it delivered?
No. Restaurant food is not available via online ordering at this time.

Where is the restaurant located?
McClard's is located at 505 Albert Pike in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Do you have a map of the restaurant's location?
We sure do! CLICK HERE for a large version map which will open in a new window so that you can print it.

What are your restaurant's hours?
Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. til 8:00 p.m.

Do you accept credit cards?
Credit cards are not accepted at the restaurant. Cash still works great though!

Do you deliver cooked food from McClard's Bar-B-Q?
No. Restaurant food is not available via online ordering at this time. We do offer local catering services for the Hot Springs area though. Please click here to contact us if you'd like to serve McClard's barbeque at your next business luncheon or social function!
